Customer Service Administrator/Service Warranty Administrator

This position is an entry level Warranty Administrator role. This position will require interaction with our dealer network, technical service team and other company stakeholders. Dealer interaction is primarily via phone, requiring effective verbal communication skills and proper phone etiquette. Experience in AS400 system is a plus and understanding of auto/motorcycle manufacturer warranty is a benefit.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing Electronic inquiries from our dealer network
- Timely and accurate processing recall entries
- Processing Credit Inquiries
- Direct follow up with our dealer network
- Assist in accurate processing of warranty claims as needed
- Assists with any clerical needs as directed by Warranty Lead
Skills preferred:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to Multi-Task, involved in different aspects of the warranty department performing a variety of tasks.
- Good Organizational Skills
