Job Description

Renewal by Andersen is looking for an operations coordinator to join our operations team! We are the largest national start-to-finish window and patio door replacement company. We are a leader in the window industry and we are looking for the BEST to join and grow with our organization.

We are looking to add the right person to our dynamic and growing organization! The operations coordinator will process and assign job orders from post-sale and manage our technical measure calendar.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Filing energy rebates with local utilities companies
  • Schedule all technical measure appointments
  • Upload sales information into rForce and assign a project manager
  • Work with our engineering partners, homeowners, and internal team to schedule site visits
  • Support the Operations Department with other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Occasionally order product and verify orders for accuracy by comparing issued purchase orders to customer acknowledgements
  • Coordinate sales process with customers by specifying products, calculating pricing, processing purchase orders, handling warranty and freight claims, and processing punch items
  • Work with internal team of salesperson, designers and installers by coordinating design specifications as determined by sales and design, coordinating installation and delivery of product between customer and installation team

· Type, sit, stand, walk and use hands for extended amounts of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
