WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

• Work in concert with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Lead a positive, high-energy environment that ignites customers return
• Train and develop staff utilizing our 12 Tier Leadership Development Program
• Manage daily operations with a sharp eye on the controls
• Ability to work comfortably on a ladder regularly during your shift
• Ability to stand, bend and stoop for long periods of time during your shift
• Ability to work in wet conditions that include odors/dust for 8-12 hours at a time
• Ability to lift, carry and reach overhead minimum of 25 lb loads frequently during your shift
• Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines
• Maintain your location Grand Opening Ready every shift of every day
