Job Description: Implementation Specialist
The Implementation Specialist will manage the launch process of new and returning customers through all of the items required to set up and configure an account on one or more of Inside Real Estate’s products: kvCORE platform, CORE Listing Machine and CORE Back Office products.
Responsibilities:
- Quickly initiate the Implementation process by sending over the required form.
- Diligently keep frequent contact with the customer through phone calls, text messages, and emails, to ensure information is submitted in a timely manner
- Confirm information submitted by the customer and process appropriately with urgency.
- Hold detailed Platform Setup calls, as outlined on the Platform Setup Call Checklist, to review account information, discuss technical set up regarding email servers and domains, review account settings, demonstrate the process of adding agents onto the account, and discuss remaining steps required before launch, along with scheduling an aggressive and realistic timeline to launch, to create urgency for the customer.
- Confirm that all required setup steps are completed by the customer prior to launch, including account info, IDX approval, domain & email configuration, and confirmation that the customer is ready to launch.
- Configuring the settings on the accounts, including setting up Commission Plans for CORE Back Office
- Managing and processing the IDX approval paperwork and process between the customer, InsideRE, and the MLS and confirm that all IDX/MLS approvals have been successfully received, including any MLS site compliance reviews that may occur once the account is live.
- Ensure that the domain is ready for launch by accessing the customer domain registrar to update nameservers or if the customer has requested to update nameservers themselves, that we are providing the nameserver information to the customer prior to or at the time of launch.
- Successfully launching all parts of an account through the launch process in place, which includes activating the account and configuring nameserver information on the customer’s domain.
- Review the customer subscription in the company CRM to verify all information is complete and accurate.
- Maintain progress on assigned projects, especially at times where additional time is available to you during the ebbs and flows of new projects being assigned to you.
- Meet regularly with your manager to review your projects that are in progress as well as other side projects that have been assigned to you.
- Communicate progress and challenges that arise to your manager to help facilitate your individual progress as well as the team’s progress.
- Meet and exceed goals set for the position based on the amount of time serving in the role.
- Additional projects and duties will also apply. Other projects related to the Implementation Department, or other departments in Inside Real Estate, may also be assigned in this position, to advance the overall progress of the department and company as a whole.
Skills & Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Google Docs, Excel and the company Systems
- Understanding of the Real Estate Industry and MLS systems a plus
- Familiarity with Real Estate Brokerage Commissions Plans is a big plus!
