Renegade Racing Fuels a division of Valor, LLC in Owensboro, KY is looking for a highly motivated, independent, positive personality to fill the role of Race CSR. Interested in Racing? POSITION PURPOSE: Administrative Management: Serves and the initial point of contact for Race Fuel Division customer base and prospective customers, and makes referrals to Regional Account Managers as appropriate to ensure high responsiveness from Sales Team. Manages all incoming Race Division calls and messages, and responds/refers accordingly. Race CSR ensures strong customer relations by assisting partners, clients and customers with basic flow of service needs with other Valor employees. Maintains necessary files within the division and is familiar with social Media.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

I. SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT

1. Manages all incoming Race Division calls and messages, and responds/refers as appropriate.

2. Provides administrative support for Race Executive Team and Account Managers through Data Input and Review, Proofreading Documents, Obtaining Information, as needed, Report Preparation, File Maintenance.

3. Ensuring Supervisor is informed and up to date with any customer service related matters.

4. Works closely with Freight Companies to reduce logistic costs and assists Operations Team in scheduling Freight.

5. Manages ‘Delivery Works’ System to ensure accurate ordering and billing occurs, and reports to supervisor a monthly KPI: Quality Control and the Credit & Rebill.

II. ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT

6. Maintains efficient supplies, apparent and equipment, and orders as necessary with supervisor approval.

7. Attends annual Trade Show to strengthen customer relationships cultivated throughout the year.

8. Contributes to Renegade Reach endeavors by assisting as needed to achieve situational goal of Reach Event.

9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing any related results as needed.

10. Performs additional duties as necessary to assist with accomplishment of organization mission.

11. Understands and executes Factor for the billing and credit side within the factor system.

Physical Requirements:

Routine sitting, and walking. Occasional lifting (around 30lbs).
