This person would report to the Director of Operations and be a part of our customer care team. They would also work directly with customers and vendors.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent customer service and building customer loyalty through courteous, efficient handling of customer interactions according to client guidelines and requirements
- Provides customer service in a timely manner via several means which include email, face to face interaction, and telephone
- Support our sales and service teams by scheduling service and ordering supplies, answering a multiline phone system, and assisting in preparing monthly invoices.
- Maintains and manages customer accounts.
- Prepares documents and reports for billing and informational purposes.
- Troubleshoots questions and concerns from customers.
- Develops and maintains a vast knowledge of the products and services being offered.
- Communicates customer feedback to various teams—including technical and marketing departments—in order to improve the overall customer experience.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proficiency with standard office technologies: Especially MS Excel and website navigation.
- Ability to learn proprietary software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Willingness and capability to learn new tasks.
- Has strong leadership skills and the ability to work with others.
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred).
- Microsoft Excel.
