Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Responsible for responding to customer inquiries and managing sales leads that originate from the internet and call queue within the sales department
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries sent to Radwell via the internet or through other electronic means generally and by a telephone inquiry
- Manage sales opportunities for sales leads originating from the internet for the brokered/distribution sales division (new products) and remanufactured/used products division; perform all sales tasks necessary to turn the opportunity into a billable sale
- Source of products for manufacturers not currently supplied by Radwell (new products)
- Negotiate best purchase price for manufacturers not regularly supplied by Radwell (new products)
- Correspond with customer via phone and e-mail
- Enter quotations and orders into sales order processing systems
- Build new customers in sales order processing systems
- Perform product and price maintenance in “pricetool” and other business systems; Build new part numbers as needed
- Assist in business system database cleanup and ongoing maintenance
- Take direction from managers and assistant managers and allows the manager to approve all prices prior to the potential customer being quoted
- Pick up customers on hold when needed
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must understand the sales cycle; ability to understand the Radwell International sales cycle
- Strong computer skills; ability to learn and understand Radwell computer systems to perform job tasks in an automated environment

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
No specific educational or experience requirements; however, previous sales, internet customer service, or related educational experiences are helpful.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is an office job and entails the physical demands associated with operating a telephone and computer (viewing monitor, keyboard, mouse)
