Job Description
Remote Call Center Customer Advocate
Go Configure LLC / Select Express is a national delivery and installation company for clients like Sam’s Club, Nautilus, and The Home Depot. Our clients trust us to deliver and install their fitness equipment, furniture, playsets, and gazebos in customer’s homes and their yards.
We are looking for a remote Customer Advocate able to work four days a week 10 hours a day starting between $13.00-$15.00 per hour based on experience. Weekend availability is required.
Job Duties and Requirements:
- Making outbound calls to provide and confirm information regarding scheduled services
- Receiving inbound calls from customers regarding our services
- The first line of contact presenting the value of our services and closing the sale
- Supporting the overall operations of the Contact Center
- Making sure customers are serviced quickly and accurately, to ensure first call resolution
- Must have adequate work from home conditions with dedicated workspace
- One year remote call center experience preferred
