Job Category Supply & Logistics Position Summary The Customer Allocation Analyst will work with key account managers and customers to develop and maintain our allocation processes for customer orders. In this role, you will develop high quality relationships with the Customer Support, Supply, Demand, and Fulfillment teams working to improve service levels while driving operational efficiencies. You will be focused on determining product allocations, analyzing supply constraints impacts and recovery expectations, facilitating quick turnaround actions, and developing tools that will support continuous improvement activity. ResponsibilitiesLeverage analytical skills to identify risk and provide recommendations/alternatives to cross-functional stakeholders and escalate when needed
Monitor and analyze data in collaboration with the business and provide recommendations for future planning by assisting the Demand Planning team in improving future forecasting for key customers
Accountable for building and maintaining collaborative relationships with diverse cross-functional teams to make sure customer needs are fulfilled
Work with multiple key customers directly and indirectly with possible travel to some locations
Communicate regularly with key stakeholders for proactive management of the orders to be shipped
Develop and implement solutions to continuously improve the order promising processes
Manages the weekly and monthly reporting of the Allocation and Reserves Processes
Ability to conduct and lead meetings to review Allocation performance
Manages and monitors the inputs and outputs to the Blue Yonder Order Promiser toolset
Work with the New Launch and Winter planning teams to help make sure yearly projects are successful
Perform User Acceptance Testing of the system improvements to enable Information Technology to push the enhancements to the production environment.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor BS/BA Degree – Business or Supply Chain preferred
5+ years of experience with Order Management or Distribution/Supply Planning
Strong analytical skills to streamline processes and proactively manage supply against the demand to enhance customer experiences.
Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with remote teams effectively
Excellent project and time-management skills
Ability to structure and work on exploratory problems
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Blue Yonder/JDA Products(Order Promiser/Fulfillment/ESP)
Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or other data integration software
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; OR 3 years and a master’s degree
