The ASU College of Health Solutions Academic Success Hub seeks a Curriculum Coordinator to support curricular and academic planning efforts. The Curriculum Coordinator plays an integral role in CHS as a central contributor to new academic program development, curricular review, student degree audit changes and other academic and data processes in the Academic Success Hub. The Curriculum Coordinator works across the college's academic program areas and with other central university offices, providing ongoing support, guidance, and analysis to support decision-making.

02Essential Duties
- Interprets, encodes, and maintains Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS) including monitoring course and/or program changes, liaising with the academic advising team, and updating audits accordingly.
- Manages annual graduation and critical tracking audit verification/production for all undergraduate majors, minors, concentrations and certificates.
- Supports annual Academic Catalog review of all academic programs and facilitates reviewing and updating undergraduate major maps.
- Participates in review and processing of curricular submissions for new and revised minors, certificates and degree programs.
- Triages and enters all curricular requests including new courses, special topics courses, course modifications and instruction mode forms using Curriculum Changemaker and new Kuali curriculum management systems.
- Liaises between academic program directors and university Registrar/Provost regarding comments, concerns and implementation of curricular requests.
- Responsible for monitoring the Course Catalog and maintaining a master spreadsheet of CHS courses and associated faculty.
- Gathers all course syllabi and maintains college syllabus archive for use related to curriculum review, transfer/articulation, and general data needs.
- Assists in process and procedure development and administration for Academic Success Hub related projects.
- Initiates and prepares administrative reports and documents, including assisting with the execution of annual curricular assessment protocols.
- Assists with data management within University programs/software to support Degree Search, the Academic Catalog, and the Course Catalog.
- Recommends changes to policies or procedures affecting assigned function.
- Plans and prioritizes workload to meet set deadlines.
- Other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a field appropriate to the area of assignment AND three (3) years of related experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic university/college curricular policies and procedures.
- Experience with university CRM, content management systems, relational databases and software interfaces such as Salesforce, Curriculum Changemaker, DARS, PeopleSoft, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Creative Suite, ASU's Build a Major Map system.
- Experience in basic data analysis.
- Experience in project management to meet set deadlines.
- Experience in proofreading print and web publications for grammar, accuracy and completeness.
- Experience in coordinating and prioritizing varied workload and special projects.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Experience in dealing with regularly changing priorities to accomplish tasks with frequent interruptions.
- Evidence of effective written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in work that required great attention to detail.
