ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be a key member of the Corporate Finance & Restructuring Knowledge Management team, based in New York City. They will report to the Head of Knowledge Management/Marketing of the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment. This role works directly with practice leaders and subject matter experts to develop, drive, manage, and analyze a broad range of digital marketing strategies and tactics and pipeline management activities that are aligned with the segment's go-to-market priorities.

Their primarily focus will be driving Corporate Finance & Restructuring's email marketing campaign strategy and execution; managing the segment's use of the firmwide client relationship management (CRM) platform, associated management of pipeline activities and reporting; and delivering social media engagement analytics. Other responsibilities include supporting internal communications initiatives and event management activities. In addition, the Manager will drive additional digital marketing efforts (e.g., search engine marketing, webinars, website/landing pages, lead generation) and deliver reporting to convey the ROI and results of integrated marketing campaigns (e.g., social media, email, website, etc.) and segment marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and an analytical mindset, with a proven track record of success with delivering B2B digital marketing strategies, social media analytics and CRM solutions. He or she must be a highly-organized, energetic, detail-oriented and proactive communicator. Flexibility and agility are critical in this role, with ideal candidates being able to move and adapt with the speed of change when it comes to new technologies. He or she must be hands-on and able to juggle multiple projects and competing deadlines, while maintaining a positive, "get it done" attitude.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
  • Primary role will be to develop, manage, launch and measure email marketing campaigns, deliver social analytics and manage CRM activities, including pipeline management and reporting.
  • Demonstrate proficient command of Eloqua, an enterprise level email marketing program.
  • Demonstrate proficient command of Salesforce, the firm's wide CRM platform.
  • Proactively lead a variety of digital marketing tactics (e.g., email, search marketing, paid social media, display, etc.).
  • Oversee ongoing updates on Salesforce roadmap that attend to business needs.
  • Create analytics and generate actionable insights and reports on pipeline health and sales operations, ongoing digital marketing campaigns, website and overall marketing efforts.
  • Manage global employee ambassador program on social media platforms.
  • Manage and support digital efforts on events, including event applications, website registration and website development activities.
  • Attain expert proficiency with marketing systems and tools (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce, Zoom, Google Analytics, Splash, Knak).
  • Train, coach and manage digital marketing staff.
  • Work effectively with vendors, internal stakeholders, and corporate teams.
  • Comfortable with using digital marketing platforms and technologies.
  • Although HTML knowledge is not required, a basic understanding is preferred.
  • Must be comfortable with using a "What You See Is What You Get: ("WYSIWYG") editor to edit and revise emails and landing page to meet content and design change requirements.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Certification in digital media, social media and/or measurement analytics preferred
  • Minimum 8 Years of Experience
  • Managed teams of two or more
  • Project Management skills
