Isaac's Bagel Cafe is looking for a Crew Member to join the team!

A Crew Member plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of a food establishment. Some of the tasks completed by a Crew Member include maintaining a fast speed of service, resolving the questions and concerns of patrons, and following all safety and security procedures. Crew Members should always strive to provide guests with a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining a fast speed of service, especially during rush times.
• Able to take orders from customers and input their selections into the restaurant's computer systems.
• Handles POS transactions and payments with accuracy.

• Communicates clearly with team and customers in a friendly and courteous way.

• Prepare breakfast and lunch items neatly, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items.
• Be a quick thinker, fast on your feet, able to work at a rapid pace during busy times.
• Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
• Cleans and maintains all areas of work station to promote a clean image.
• Arrive on time for all shifts and stay until shift completion.

• Previous sandwich making experience is a plus.
