As a member of the Moe's Crew, based on my specific role, a typical day involves:

• Crafting handmade guacamole from scratch

• Grilling fresh steak, chicken, and tofu with awesome southwest flavors and marinades

• Rolling fat burritos, customized by my guests

• Keeping the complimentary salsa bar clean and stocked with fresh seasonal salsa

• Ringing transactions with guests with our new, state of the art iPad based system
