Creditors Rights/Bankruptcy Associate

Burr & Forman's Atlanta office is seeking a bankruptcy and restructuring attorney with 2-5 years' experience. Qualified candidates will be self-starters with great client management skills, superior academic credentials, and exceptionally strong legal research and writing skills. Candidates should have experience representing debtor and creditors in a broad range of restructuring matters, including chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, bankruptcy-related acquisitions and disputes. Bankruptcy judicial clerkships are preferred, but not required.
