Covid-19 Screener Manager

The candidate represents the face of our company to patients who utilize Center for Covid Control, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The Covid Screener will not be administering the tests, instead they will explain to the patient how the self swab works. The job requires a vehicle and the ability to be mobile within the Chicago metropolitan area.

Labeling and ensuring that all samples are accurately identified

Setting up and preparing all equipment and supplies for patient testing

Ensuring patient confidentiality, greeting and acknowledging patients, and meeting customer service expectations throughout the entire process
