Requirements:

· Strong clientele skills with proven track record of building a client base

· Proven ability to set and achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team

· Proven track record at planning and executing events in a retail environment

· Strong phone follow up skills

· Passionate about beauty, excellent artistry educational and customer service skills

· Can lead a team towards a common goal

· Build and maintain store and client relationship to maximize sales and repeat business

· Highly organized, reliable, punctual and goal oriented
