Scope of Position & Technical Competency -:
- Responsible for facilitating level of care assessments, individual sessions, couples/family sessions, residential and partial hospitalization program groups as determined by and according to program standards
- Prepares materials and curriculum for facilitating sessions and or groups
- Maintains client files according to program standards through utilization of program electronic client record
- Initiates and develops treatment planning goals through contact with clients, family, colleagues and other staff and updates plan as required within expected timelines
- Evaluates behavioral and emotional needs of clients and family members
- Communicates with referral sources, external medical and behavioral providers, client support system, and company representatives
- Manages client files by having appropriate documents with in the required time-frames.
- Attends and facilitate team meetings regarding client’s progress, updates, needs
- Develop and conduct staff trainings
- Conducts insurance reviews/ extension requests, including documentation
- Collects client co-pays as needed
- FT is scheduled for 37.5 hours per week with a minimum average of 25 billable sessions per week.
- PT is scheduled for 15 hours per week with a minimum average of 10 billable sessions per week.
- Attends trainings, staff meetings and supervision as needed and according to program standards, with no less than half of licensure required hours specific to Eating Disorders
- Maintains safe, orderly and therapeutic physical environment for clients including crisis intervention
- Maintains ethical boundaries with clients and engages clients and support network in respectable and professional manner
- Ability to support other programming in office as needed and as appropriate
- Other duties as assigned

- Demonstrates an understanding of Eating Disorders, addiction, mental health and complex conditions

Requirements
Education, Experience:
- Master’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in the human services field), chemical dependency or other related field required
- Current licensure in this Commonwealth preferred - LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD or PsyD
- Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) certification preferred
- Post-Graduate training and experience in treating Eating Disorders, OCD, Trauma, etc. with DBT, CBT, ACT, Positive Psychology, etc. preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
Job-related Behavioral Characteristics:
Strong clinical skills in mental health /eating disorder/ substance abuse treatment. A working knowledge of HIPAA, Licensing, and CARF regulations. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
