This position is part of the Unit Management Team, and as such, is to provide the programming and rehabilitative needs of Inmates and to fulfill the mandates of the court. These functions fulfill this mission through performing such tasks as: performing classifications, LSCMI testing, special management paperwork, risk assessment, teach mandatory programming classes, perform testing that requires a Bachelor's Degree, counseling Inmates and deal with day-to-day questions and concerns of the Inmates. Performs related work as required.

Training: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in criminal justice, corrections, psychology, sociology, counseling, counseling and guidance, education, therapeutic recreation or closely related field.
