Corporate Recruiter

APWireless is a global telecom investment firm. We are looking to add a professional Recruiter to support the US markets. The role would be supporting hiring managers and leaders in the US and Canada, including hiring and staffing up their respective teams.

Our HR team, as a whole, is pretty new; just over one year in the making. The recruitment team supports hiring globally. We have offices in 19 countries spanning North America, LATAM, Europe, and Australia.

Our recruitment team is growing rapidly and has some big 2022 targets, hence, looking for additional Recruiters. The position would be a flexible working, Hybrid role. We are looking for candidates to be based in either San Diego or Philadelphia to enable the ability to meet team members in the HQs.

What you'd be responsible for?

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible to coordinate and administer full-cycle recruitment across the company. The individual will partner with hiring managers and leaders across the company to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with current and future talent needs.

What experience do you need?

• 4 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting components to include sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, wage/salary trends
• Multi-site location support experience
• Working knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Working knowledge with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet and database management

Salary: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
