What you’ll do:
- Maintain and distribute corporate governance and related documentation;
- Manage corporate calendar and legal process tracker;
- Manage and distribute standard form agreements;
- Negotiate form agreements based on pre-agreed procedures and under the supervision of attorneys;
- Respond to requests for information with standard legal responses;
- Assist attorneys and other Wilshire personnel with legal matters as needed.
What you have:
- Minimum of three (3) years of paralegal experience;
- Excellent organizational and project management skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Good judgment and the ability to recognize when to escalate an issue;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify and avoid obstacles;
- Flexibility to adjust priorities to meet changing timeframes/requests;
- Ability to work in a detail-oriented, fast-paced and collaborative environment;
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications;
- Investment advisory or financial services background preferred.
