About The Role
Assist the Compliance Director, Compliance Managers and Compliance Officers by coordinating department initiatives, rolling up data when requested and providing overall administrative support. Specific area of focus in CRA assisting with coordination, systems and ever changing CRA Program.
This is a Corporate position located in Billings, Helena, Missoula, Bozeman or Kalispell, MT. The midpoint for this position is $19.76/hourly (calculated for Kalispell, MT). All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background. Work with CRA personnel to manage CRA Small Business correction tools and data. Update and manage CRA and Financial Foundations Intranet pages.

Work with CRA personnel to create and update reports from Kadince and Cognos. Work with CRA personnel to manage Community Development correction tool. Assist in determining practical solutions and development of updates to policies and procedures that may be available to the Bank. Ensure most current information is made available and updated in all areas including the Intranet.

Work closely with Compliance Director/Compliance Managers to create or review CRA training when changes occur to current regulations or new regulatory and or company requirements.

Work with Compliance Director/Compliance Managers on new process, product, bank systems or compliance initiatives. Including creation and launch of newly created global procedures/ job aids and training associated with new product lines or banking system for all compliance related activities.

Prepare for exams, including organization of information for submission to regulators. Create reports using core system for data to be included in analysis or provided to regulatory exam teams for both Compliance and CRA exam reports.

Create, update and record custom online training courses for all areas of Compliance. Track completion status of assignees and create reports for submission to Division and GBCI Board of Directors.

Work with CRA Team to update, improve and train on CRA programs or initiatives.

Process and submit accounts payable for department invoices and reimbursements for Compliance Department.

Organize and assist in planning meetings and multiple day events to include facility, lodging, food and meeting materials for both Compliance and CRA.

Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date.
