Job Description
Summary
- Performs administrative and operational tasks to increase the overall efficiency of a company's daily business operations. Supports functions related to administrative support of Operations, Facilities and Quality Control for assigned location.
Job Functions
- Provide administrative support to operations team to increase the overall efficiency of a company's daily business operation.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, copying, faxing.
- Sets up suppliers and banking in the company financial system (Oracle).
- Reviews the supplier master data for suppliers no longer used, sites, etc. and will work with procurement to update or inactivate the supplier data as needed.
- Track /manage inventory of computer equipment, software, and calibration.
- May assist with Employee engagement activities and new hire onboarding, as necessary
- Maintain general office organization. Order supplies as necessary.
- Provides excellent customer service to clients, and maintains positive interaction with peers and supervisors
- Performs additional office management tasks as directed
- Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects at once. (Required)
- Ability to work independently, use time wisely and multi-task. (Required)
Licenses and Certifications
- CCRC or CCRA Certification preferred (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Language Skills: English (Required)
- Mathematical Skills: Intermediate (Required)
- Reasoning Skills/Abilities: Intermediate (Required)
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel. (Required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational and interpersonal skills (Required)
