Job Description
Aquila's Coordinator for Wellness Campaigns provides program and administrative direction and support to wellness and sustainability activities and programs, serving the worksite health promotion needs for the workforce. This position reports to the Area Program Manager.

Rejsponsibilities include:
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of wellness events, challenges, and campaigns onsite or through a virtual network.
- Creating and maintaining internal and external partnerships, as well as working with these partners to plan and promote wellness programs.
- Working cooperatively with the client and other stakeholders to expand and/or revise wellness offerings for workers to maintain and attract new users.
- Helping coordinate, develop, and revise content for the client’s communications tools and/or web pages.
- Assisting the client with creating and developing communications materials. Knowledge of 508-compliance guidelines is preferred.
- Creating, marketing, and implementing wellness seminars and courses. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, consulting with subject matter experts (SMEs) and creating promotional materials.
- Managing requests from work groups for onsite and virtual seminars.
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding wellness programs.
- Attending scheduled staff meetings.
- Providing information for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Overseeing health coaching policies and procedures.
- Providing one-on-one health coaching.
- Collaborate with Aquila interns on an as-needed basis.

- Degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Health Education, or other related degree such as Exercise Science or Nutrition (Master’s level preferred but not required).
- At least two years of experience with worksite health promotion programming, preferably with a large workforce.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams.
- Current health coaching certification preferred.
- Active CPR Certification
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office Products & Network Internet
- Modern principles and practices of organization, administration, budget, and management
- Excellent communication, organizational and management skills
- Detail oriented, punctual and motivating
