Job Purpose:

The Digital Activation Coordinator – will assist in the accurate execution and delivery of digital campaigns (e.g., sweepstakes, digital games, paid social content, etc.) sold by Learfield IMG College properties. The position will require excellent project management skills, digital and social media expertise, and knowledge of sports/sponsorship.

Responsibilities include the creation of digital campaigns, overseeing flawless execution of digital solutions, and accurate communication of campaign results. The role will report to the Manager of Digital Activation and will be based in Winston-Salem, NC or Plano, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility will be coordinating the build, on-time launch and post campaign recap of digital campaigns sold by Learfield IMG College properties
  • Coordination involves the collection of all campaign details, updating legal rule templates, submitting graphics requests, building sweepstakes entry pages and posting copy/graphics on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, etc.)
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate verification methods.
  • Collect campaign metrics and create detailed recaps to communicate campaign success.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and transaction reports.
  • Assist with high priority requests and escalate high severity requests to the Manager of Digital Activation as needed.

Job Specifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in Digital/Social Media, Agency, or Sports Sponsorship Marketing.
  • Knowledge of digital sponsorship and digital marketing strategy including but not limited to: Social Media, Display Ads, Mobile Apps, Email, etc.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of efficiency and quality assurance for several competing projects.
  • Displays strong communication skills and has ability to clearly and confidently provide strategic direction when working with individuals who may not have a strong digital background.
  • Ability to confidently make media buys with both large and limited budgets for local and National brands.
  • Displays strong copywriting skills.
  • Track record of success in a variety of roles and responsibilities working with others.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude while managing obstacles and overcoming problems and objectives.
