Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is one of the largest publicly traded partnerships and a leading North American provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals. The partnership’s assets include approximately 50,000 miles of pipelines; 260 million barrels of storage capacity for NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals; and 14 billion cubic feet of natural gas storage capacity.
- Scheduling product deliveries with carriers for wholesale customers.
- Working closely with wholesale marketing group to ensure that all monthly contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- Communicating with various carriers on the delivery of product.
- Working with product suppliers to avoid disruptions of service.
- Assisting the wholesale marketing group to minimize the possible disruption of pipeline allocations, supplier surpluses, or shortages.
- Assisting customers, accounting, and the product administration groups in resolving invoicing and any other issues that may arise.
- Covid vaccine is required.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in an industry related role performing scheduling, contracts, or marketing responsibilities preferred
- Working proficiency/knowledge of MS Excel and Word are required.
- Ability to travel up-to 10% domestically required to visit and meet major customers.
- Working knowledge of SolArc RightAngle or similar proprietary system is preferred.
- Ability to develop good working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate a common sense approach to problem solving.
- Effective written and oral communication skills with internal and external customers at all levels within the organization.
