At Uncle Julios our mission is Fanatically Delivering from scratch Mexican Memories. As a Cook at Uncle Julios, youll create fresh Mexican food for our guests while working in a fast-paced team environment.

As a Cook with uncle Julios, you will you gain high level training with high quality food items. We are a scratch kitchen and are fanatical about delivering from scratch Mexican memories which all start in the heart of the house, our kitchen. We look for team members who take pride in what they do, and have a passion for cooking. You will be responsible for completing all assigned prep work, setting up your station, maintaining product presentations, product quality, cook time standards and preparing all menu items according to Uncle Julios recipes, plate presentations and specifications. You will protect the brand with recipe confidentiality, and consistent plate presentations.

Duties include the set up and breakdown of equipment as needed. You will portion food accordingly, monitor cook times, and temperatures, keep your area clean, and use caution in all you do!

Position Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be willing to stand on your feet for long periods of time
• Varying schedule that includes weekends and most holidays
• Must have all required food / alcohol certifications as designated by location.
• Must be willing to work in a hot and noisy environment
• Must be able to carry/ lift 25lbs without assistance, and 50lbs with assistance.
