Job Summary and QualificationsYou Will:
- Responsible for accounting, P&L reporting, contract management, analysis on company business segments, budgeting and internal control functions for IRL.
- Manage the finance and accounting staff. Right person is detail oriented, has sense of urgency, desire to learn and ability to juggle multiple projects within a growing, fast pace and dynamic environment.
- Manage monthly financial close, operation expenses, consolidation, balance sheet reconciliation and variance analysis
- SOX and Internal Control reviews
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies
You Should Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 5-10 years of prior experience in a multi-location/multi-company environment
- Prior financial experience in a healthcare setting (clinical, hospital, laboratory) strongly preferred
- Prior Controller and internal audit experience preferred
- SOX compliance and financial planning and analysis experience
- Detail oriented, has sense of urgency
- Desire to learn and ability to juggle multiple projects within a growing, fast pace and dynamic environment
Integrated Regional Labs is a full service provider for clinical laboratory and anatomic pathology services, providing hospitals, physicians, and clients with timely diagnostic information for patient care. Our infrastructure includes a fully automated esoteric core laboratory in Fort Lauderdale, a histology and microbiology operation in Largo, Florida, and a network of hospital based rapid-response laboratories present in four HCA Healthcare divisions within the state of Florida.
