This position provides accounting transaction and administrative services primarily focused on processing check payments for daily deposit and managing the computer information that is maintained on all members and employers who contribute to a retirement plan administered by the Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA). This position is also responsible for managing the registration process for access to PERA’s secure online reporting tool by employers and for performing data analysis and transaction scrubbing to support operational or fiscal processes.

Minimum Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must meet the criteria outlined below.
- Data entry skills sufficient to enter data accurately and efficiently.
- Typing/keyboarding skills sufficient to input data quickly and accurately.
- English language skills to be able to write, speak, and/or read sufficient to communicate information to customers.
- Customer service skills sufficient to provide prompt, courteous, and accurate information to PERA customer on the phone, in-person, and through e-mail or written correspondence.
- Math skills sufficient to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with an electronic recordkeeping system to enter and interpret data, detect data inconsistencies, and correct and update information.
- One year customer service experience with phones or in person.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel.
Additional Requirements
