This role is contingent upon award. It's a key position in support of a large government contract.

 Job Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary interface with internal and external customers on all compliance and/or government contractual matters.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Business Development, or other teams to facilitate timely and accurate submission of compliance related reports.
  • Lead discussions, disclosures and execution of new and existing plan updates. Advise on risk mitigation, avoidance and neutralization strategies as it relates to areas of compliance, such as Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI).
  • Manage and develop processes and procedures that ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Track and execute data and reporting within a system or database.
  • Assist with recurring and ad-hoc audit support (ISO, CMMI, etc.).
  • Inform leadership of the impact to the business as a result of compliance issues, concerns and audits.
  • Foster continuous improvement by instituting best practices, preparing and conducting compliance training as needed to mitigate risks.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years prior experience in Federal Government Contracting environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and capable of effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking.
