Job Description

S/he will be responsible for corporate contracts and other agreements to ensure compliance and identify possible business and legal risk. - Serve as point person and work closely with staff and vendors to develop and finalize contract documents, including managing the vendor qualification process
- Provide guidance and training to teams in their completion of necessary paperwork
- Maintain and manage contract milestones and relay billing details to Accounting
- Prepare requested materials for senior management, including execution packages
- Obtain, review, distribute and maintain critical vendor information from contract documents to necessary parties to ensure that projects are managed in accordance with contracts, including vendor certificates of insurance and W-9s
- Work with Accounting to review monthly subcontractor/vendor fees for accuracy and compliance with contracts and policy
- Maintain and manage executed contracts and vendor certificates of insurance per the document retention policy and other internal guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in business admin or business-related field
- Minimum of at least 3 years’ experience in related field
- Sound judgment, discretion and ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information
- Possess strong time management and analytical skills
- Possess advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Broad knowledge of and exposure to all phases of contracts management
- Must be highly credible and trustworthy, and operate with high degree of integrity
- Must hold oneself and others accountable and strive for a high level of excellence
- Must have a positive, can-do attitude and be able to fuel growth and innovation
