The Clinician position is responsible for providing direct care to individuals participating in our Behavioral Health and Family Services program. This position is part of a team of professionals who work together to provide a comprehensive array of therapeutic services to clients and their families. Required Skills
  • Master's degree - Degree’s Accepted: LMSW, LPC, LCSW, LCPC, LMFT
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Have a current Idaho Certification for Alcohol and Drug Counseling (CADC).

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
  • Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
  • Applicant must pass an enhanced background check.


Required Experience
  • 0-2 years
  • Experience developing treatment plans
  • Experience facilitating groups, individuals and family therapy
  • Preferred experience in trauma-informed, or trauma related interventions and skills
  • Must possess good organizational skills
  • Demonstrate effective and appropriate verbal/written communication skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team model
  • Must demonstrate computer literacy and prefer experience using an electronic health record
  • Professional licensure must be maintained
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, moving from one task to another quickly and with ease
