Position Summary
Execute the contract management office responsibilities as the subject matter expert on the contract lifecycle process. Improve the adaptation, workflow, and maintenance of an enterprise (Contract Lifecycle Management) CLM system. Drive enhancements to each segment of the CLM process delivering value, efficiency, and compliance.
Primary Responsibilities
Support all aspects of system administration, serves as backup admin for the solution (software updates, troubleshooting, user credentials/profiles, security, audits).
Implements contract approval workflows based on established legal policy, while driving related change management efforts based on Company need
Executes the CLM repository functionality including importing legacy contracts, quality control of metadata, linking associated documents, and handling ongoing audit efforts
Responsible for the reporting and analytics function of the CLM tool to provide key performance indicators (KPI) of the contract lifecycle
Conducts contracts compliance audits to ensure company policies are being followed
Identify and execute post contract award spend monitoring strategies in support of contract compliance.
Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of relevant experience using and supporting either a CLM, P2P, or e-sourcing software.
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to get into the details of complex problems and drive creative solutions
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams both throughout the organization and with external business partners
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
