Ecommerce Content Coordinator:
The Ecommerce Content Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating content assets for the TNF Ecommerce site. Additionally, they will help to manage and coordinate the production of TNF Ecommerce content with the internal Creative Services team in accordance with the seasonal content calendar, publish and maintain content in Management Center and Adobe Experience Manager, and analyze content results weekly and share recaps with the Ecommerce team and cross-functional partners.
How You Will Make a Difference:
- Put the consumer at the heart of everything you do.
- Update and maintain the Ecommerce Content Calendar ensuring all departmental partners are aligned and informed.
- Support the Content Manager in writing briefs, establish timelines and manage production and execution of content across US and Canada Ecommerce (English and French) for: homepage refreshes, collection pages, site banners, E-spots, PDP modules and alternative navigation tools.
- Procure requested images and copy from cross functional teams.
- Work with merchandisers to execute content as per their business needs.
- Manage existing and create new pages, as well as manage site navigation, in accordance with the content calendar and business needs.
- Ensure assets are published on a timely basis in accordance with the content calendar.
- Maintain all content publishing to site including tagging, sequencing, monitoring and maintenance.
- Analyze content results weekly and make recommendations to the Ecommerce Content Manager and extended Ecommerce Team.
- Consult with internal Graphic Design team on a regular basis to ensure open communication of expectations and deliverables.
- Consult with internal Photo/Video team on a regular basis to ensure necessary photography is in production.
- Work with testing agency to develop and track content tests.
- Participate in site UAT testing to ensure accuracy and efficient execution.
- Benchmark and report on external competitors and websites to inform Digital Capability Roadmaps in terms of content delivery and execution.
- Support the Digital Asset Coordinator with ad-hoc projects related to photo production and product photography.
Skills for Success:
Years of Related Professional Experience: The successful candidate has 1-2 years’ experience as a content coordinator, assistant, copywriter, or related digital position.
Educational/ Position Requirements:
- Must have familiarity with:
o Asset publishing tools experience
o Ecommerce or digital design environment
o Post-production understanding
o Digital analytics tool (Adobe, Coremetrics, Omniture, Google Analytics)
- Detail oriented and a multi-tasker in equal measure
- An adept communicator
- Internet savvy
- An active participant in the outdoors
- Interests in apparel and/or fashion industries
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrate self-sufficiency balanced with team partnership
Salary Range:
Annual Incentive Eligibility :
This position is eligible to participate in VF's Annual Incentive Plan. Incentive Plan awards are contingent upon (1) achievement of your individual objectives and (2) VF achieving its' Corporate and business level financial objectives.
Long Term Incentive Eligibility :
This position is not eligible for long term incentive.
