The Content Optimization Specialist, Digital Channel works to continuously improve the consumer experience at colehaan.com by implementing a test-and-learn culture and approach toward content targeting to discrete consumer audiences. They will also be the in-house leader on SEO and search engine optimization best practices, working to maintain standards and drive organic search visitor behavior. The Content Optimization Specialist is a critical role on our Digital Commerce team.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Assures the continuous improvement of search engine optimization and content targeting online at ColeHaan.com
- Possesses astute knowledge of SEO methods and techniques, and is able to translate search engine changes into internal opportunities
- Drives a test-and-learn practice and culture to create and grow winning consumer commercial and emotional connection outcomes
- Understands and leads commerce platform, content management, and technical changes required to maximize organic search visitor behavior
- Has practical experience and mastery over content targeting platforms including Monetate, and eCommerce platforms including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and can implement multivariate testing scenarios to determine best choices from achievement of outcomes
- Can read and interpret analytic results and creates fact-based go-forward decisions
- Partners with marketing, creative, merchandising and technology teams to ensure alignment of expectations and go-forward decisions

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree desired
- 2+ years experience with Content Management and Targeting/Testing Systems (Monetate is preferred), and/or eCommerce technology platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud is preferred)
- Exceptional relationship management experience Must be extremely detail-oriented and have a hands-on approach
- Ability to thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to function in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
- Must demonstrate a solid understanding of fashion trends and provide input to design relative to Wholesale channel needs while also maintaining focus on the financial targets of the Cole Haan wholesale and retail financial targets
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral; ability to communicate analytical conclusions with leadership effectively
This position is not available to be performed in Colorado.
