Role SummaryU.Group seeks a curious Content Marketing Specialist who blends creative and analytic thinking. You will craft compelling corporate marketing content that extends U.Group’s powerful brand in the marketplace, generates leads, attracts candidates, and informs our team about our diverse portfolio of work and culture. We’re looking for humble and passionate team members, dedicated to achieving results through intelligent and engaging content.
How will you do this? You will collaborate on big picture strategies and develop day-to-day tactics. You will copywrite for social media, digital marketing, ad copy, and corporate collateral; publish and manage content across the website, social media, email and other channels.

Key Objectives:Objective 1: Create insightful content to generate leads and engagement
- Create sharable and insightful content to elevate U.Group’s brand and market position
- Generate content ideas by engaging team members, reviewing contract deliverables, or spotting key market trends, and copyedit contributed content to meet brand standards
- Optimize content for search optimization and lead generation
- Maintain the U.Group brand across internal and external communication products
- Build and manage the U.Group's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Draft business development and sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, or proposal responses
- Coordinate with the design team to create multimedia assets published across digital channels, for brand and corporate marketing collateral, and business development proposals
- Build and manage a dynamic editorial content calendar that attracts qualified leads to U.Group channels and content (website capabilities and product pages, contact us, newsletter sign-up, careers, white papers, etc.)
- Develop marketing strategies that communicate the breadth and depth of U.Group’s products and services
- Create and execute digital advertising strategies including: Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn ads, Google AdWords and display advertising methods
- Effectively manage marketing production and dissemination schedules and proactively communicate updates
- Explore new strategies, content style and format, or channels to engage target audiences, attract prospects, and strengthen U.Group’s brand position
- Author powerful content optimized for search engines and lead generation using calls-to-action across channels that convert to leads, applicants, increased channel engagement, and improved search rankings
- Consistently drive relevant traffic and qualified leads from social media channels, ad campaigns, and other content marketing efforts
- Organically grow our email marketing list
- Partner with business development leads and other team leadership to devise product, service, or market specific content marketing plans and assets to achieve specific growth, brand, and organizational culture objectives
- Establish goals and KPIs and report on performance through Google Analytics and specific platforms to generate insights and recommendations to optimize our marketing ROI
- Manage the U.Group award process, recommending new competitions and developing submissions that achieve industry recognition for U.Group’s work
