Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills; prior experience with Salesforce and/or scheduling software preferred
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Cosmetology or esthetics license preferred, but not required

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer all communications in a friendly and professional manner
- Be the first point of contact for our prospective students
- Schedule campus tours for our Aveda Institute locations via phone and text
- Educate prospective students on Aveda's cosmetology and esthetics programs
- Answer a high number of inbound and outbound calls
- Create a positive impact during every interaction
