Job Summary and Qualifications

The Division Consulting Technical Analyst (DCTA) will be a resource to the technical personnel assigned to the division facilities and coordinates consistent support of technical services and implementation activity within the hospital.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIVISON CONSULTING TECHNICAL ANALYST:

• You will meet with facility-level IT teams, as needed, to align strategy, services, and coordinate implementation activities • Ensure that the design and use of technology adhere to established division and HCA policies, procedures, and standards • Assist the director in the development of the budget and develops project cost estimates for division and/or facilities • You will create an environment that encourages information sharing, team-based resolutions, cross-training, and process improvement within the area and across organizational boundaries • Drive standardization and documentation relating to Facility Technical Analyst roles. Establishes role benchmarks. • Log and track incident SLAs; reviews incident and request tracking databases; comparative reporting; dashboard creation and monitoring • You will implement and support the broadest range of facility-based IT&S equipment, including but not limited to network equipment, servers, terminals, personal computers, printers, cabling, related software products. • Communicate and escalate incidents and requests beyond scope of ability to senior service resources • Investigate hardware problems and performs minor system hardware and communication connection repairs • Maintain and protect confidentiality with regard to all aspects of patient care and employee information

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Must be able to drive to assigned sites to complete work (must provide proof of insurance)
  • Greenbelt Preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Qualified candidates must have 5+ years of relevant work experience required
