The Work You'll do

We are seeking a Programmatic Media Trader that is passionate about brand performance and eager to help grow a new agency model. A model that is powered by smarter insights, and puts creativity to work in advertising, and well beyond it - influencing the entire marketing ecosystem. We believe brands should impact more than just comms, and we hope you do too.
  • Suggest programmatic strategy and tactics that coordinate with and augment the overall media plan objectives and achieve the client's desired KPIs
  • Set-up & launch programmatic media campaigns working across a variety of DSPs
  • Participate in RFP process and selection direct media partners across a variety of top publications
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple programmatic channels
  • Monitor media in-flight campaign pacing, budgets, optimizations, and results
  • Coordinate with ad ops on ad trafficking in DCM
  • Measure impact and effectiveness of campaigns to share with the channel lead and paid media director
  • Understand how data from various channels can help the overall customer journey for each client account
  • Produce engaging campaign analysis to clients, demonstrating the effectiveness of planning, testing, and media optimization and management
  • Maintain and stay current on industry news and research

We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce, and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients' marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities, many from our Digital Studios.

We serve our clients through the following types of work:
  • Omnichannel customer engagement strategy, design, and development (web, mobile, social, physical)
  • eCommerce strategy, implementation, and operations
  • Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions
  • Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology solutions
  • Marketing analytics implementation and operations
  • Advertising campaign ideation, development, and execution
  • Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development, and execution
  • Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with DV360 and/or other programmatic platforms
  • DoubleClick Campaign Manager/DV360 certifications are preferred but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Positive team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
  • Travel up to 30% (while 30% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
