The Work You'll do

We are seeking a strong candidate that is passionate about social paid media, teamwork, process improvement, and driving results for clients. Attention to detail, positive energy, and a willingness to learn should be engrained in your DNA. You have a knack for digging into data and problem-solving your way to ROAS positive campaigns.

The Paid Social Media Buyer will work across Deloitte Digital Clients, report to the Head of Ad Performance, and work as part of our Paid Media team. This person will be responsible for building and optimizing Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and other paid social campaigns with the goal of achieving, and in many cases, exceeding clients' objectives and KPIs. The ideal candidate has a strong paid social planning, buying, and analysis background with experience executing/buying on social platforms.
  • Build, manage and optimize paid social media campaigns through a variety of social platforms, specifically Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, and YouTube (Pinterest and LinkedIn are a plus)
  • Along with the paid social lead, develop a paid social strategy to meet and exceed the client's KPIs.
  • Utilize reporting to measure, evaluate, and analyze paid social campaign performance to determine campaign success and provide recommendations and optimizations on an ongoing basis.
  • Actively test and analyze targeting, ad creative, landing pages, and placements to drive results
  • Manage and pace campaign budgets on a routine basis to ensure efficient delivery of advertising spend and to ensure clients are pacing towards campaign objectives and goals
  • Work cross-functionally to share insights with the paid media team
  • Contribute to quarterly business reviews & other client-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities
  • Stay current on paid social industry trends and emerging platforms

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in paid social media buying and analysis
  • Experience in Facebook Ads Manager
  • In-depth knowledge of social media content requirements, restrictions, and best practices by platform - includes buying, optimizing, and reporting practices
  • Able to review results and performance of paid media campaigns based on predetermined success indicators, determine the effectiveness and report back to clients
  • Must be organized and able to work under multiple deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment with a demonstrated ability to assist where needed
  • Willingness to dive in and find answers to complex problems where solutions may not yet be documented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The initiative, detail orientation, strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
  • Travel up to 30% (while 30% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future

Preferred Qualifications
  • Facebook Blueprint certifications in Media Planning, Buying, etc.
  • Experience in the women's retail industry
  • Advertising Agency experience
