We are currently searching for a Cleared FT Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) for the Cheyenne, WY area! This is an 11 month contract and lodging, transportation, and per diem are provided for the right candidate.

Schedule: 11-12 Month Contract, 60 Hours a Week, 6 Days Week

Responsibilities

• Supplements site access controls, implements screening and inspection procedures, and monitors construction and personnel, when required by the Construction Manager (CM), Accrediting Official (AO), Site Security Coordinator (SSC), and others as appropriate.
• Screens all equipment, materials, and furnishings destined for use in the controlled construction area, using X-ray machines and any and all other methods of examination as outlined in the requirements and approved by the government.
• Operates proposed inspection equipment.
• Utilize knowledge of all construction disciplines, to include civil architectural, mechanical, electrical, and electronic engineering principles.
• Analyzes designs and structural complexities for ulterior purposes not intended by the architect.
• Exercises knowledge of Intelligence Community Directive 705 (ICD 705) standards, technical surveillance countermeasures (TSCM), construction principles, and the types of devices used by hostile and friendly intelligence services for the purpose of clandestine surveillance.
• Other duties of similar scope and nature as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must have a Driver's License
• Must complete a mandatory background check/drug screening
• Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility (Required)
• At least two (2) years of experience as a CST for U.S. Government construction security projects

• Must have served on a minimum of two (2) construction projects
• Completion of a U.S. Government-approved CST training course
