Essential Responsibilities:

· Ability to Self-Perform onsite and manage/oversee laborers and subcontractors

· Ability to use all hand and power tools

· Able to motivate and drive team to complete daily tasks

· Strong knowledge of basic building practices

o Carpentry Skills

o Plumbing

o ACT

o Able to perform layouts

o Proficiency with reading Redline and Plan drawings

· Manage all safety aspects including proper PPE use and Working Area safety

· Ability to access and use technology (mobile phones, laptops, tablets, etc.)

o Able to operate all aspects of smartphone efficiently

o Able to use Apps to communicate with office team

· Demonstrates a potential for learning

· Possess clear communication skills and basic conflict resolution abilities

o Ability to effectively relay information to office team

o Strong recording skills including reporting hours of usage onsite

Job Specifications:

· Education, experience, certifications

o Construction Management Degree and/or Trade School certifications preferred.

o Complete the OSHA 30 classes

o Complete the LMS Curriculum I.

o Previous commercial construction experience,

o Previous experience in retail, quick service restaurant or big box store construction preferred

o OSHA 30 Certificate

o Ability to read blueprints

o Proficiency with hand and power tools (screw guns, circular saw, hammer drill, etc.)

· Physical and mental demands

o Job requires ability to perform tasks on all areas and aspects of construction project. Requires ability to climb ladders for heights of up to 30 feet, and crawl for distances of 50 feet.

o Job requires ability to work with tools, lumber and materials. Ability to lift and manipulate objects of up to 100 lbs. for 50 feet is required.
