$17 - $21 hourly
Responsibilities:- Conduct yourself and comply with the company Handbook and follow Job Management Policies and Procedures.
- Source, pickup and deliver materials from multiple suppliers
- Apply and pull permits throughout the State of CT
- Matterport (digital photographic scans) and scope a loss
- Interface with customers for contract signings and product selection
- Utilize our system software (Proven Solutions Accounting - PSA)
- Create customer contracts within PSA
- Maintain our fleet of vehicles
- Participate in Project Managers daily/weekly meetings
- Education: High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Work Experience: 1+ year within construction or equivalent experience
Skills:
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Thirst for continuous development of self and team
- Knowledge of the construction processes and equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and work under deadlines.
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office, PM software experience preferred.
- Daily travel throughout Connecticut is required.
- Professional demeanor and appearance is required.
