Construction Lending Paralegal

Goggans, Stutzman, Hudson, Wilson & Mize, LLP has an immediate opening in its Northside office for a full-time residential real estate Construction Lending Paralegal. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Requirements:

• Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Construction Lending experience a plus
• Exceptional client service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail
• Ability to organize and prioritize in a high-volume, deadline oriented, stressful environment
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and closing software
• Experience with AIM+ for windows a plus but not required
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Residental Real Estate: 3 years (Preferred)
• MS Word, Excel: 3 years (Preferred)
