The Field Supervisor is responsible to manage and oversee the supply and installation of Kitchen Cabinets for multi-family new construction and renovation projects that are typically between 50 - 500 Units. You will be managing over 6-8 cabinet and countertop projects in different stages at a time.

The job requires substantial travel due to job sites in different parts of the southeast US.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage multiple projects from inception to delivery, through installation.
  • Field measure job sites prior to installation.
  • Review and QC all submittal/shop drawings prior to client review.
  • Communicate directly with customers, plant, vendors, and subcontractors in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage subcontracts for Cabinets and Installation.
  • Formulate RFI's & change orders.
  • Handle and manage onsite coordination with contractors and subs.
  • Attain and check field measurements; coordinate with other trades to ensure a successful installation.
  • Maintain and coordinate material deliveries to ensure project schedules are being met.
  • Accurately process billings to customers and change authorization to subcontractors.

Supervisory Responsibility:

Supervisory of contracted installers, though management of projects includes directing project-related activities of the project team members.

Preferred Education and Skills (in addition to the required):

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Required Education and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in kitchen cabinets or a similar industry.
  • Able to read architectural drawings/blueprints.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to take initiative
