Construction Analyst

Description Overview:

• Candidate will receive completed work from the General Foreman & go through it
• Upload & scan completed documents
• Validate work was completed
• Balance material & validate what material was used. Identify what was used and how much was used.
• Validate pictures are in
• Close out work orders

Essential Functions:

• Prepare and complete project construction quality review checklists and required documentation
• Submit quality reporting to management
