Job Description
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed for growing local business. This position performs administrative and office support activities.
Job responsibilities include:
- Fielding Telephone Calls on a multiline system and routing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Customer follow up
- Assisting with scheduling of work orders, maintenance and service.
- Creating and maintaining multiple spread sheets on a daily basis.
- Maintaining project files
- Requesting and sending Certificates of Insurance to appropriate parties.
- Responsible for front office filing and scanning.
- In charge of booking accommodations for crews working out of town.
Computer skills are required, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Excel experience and proficiency required. Strong communication and time management skills are desired. Excellent working environment, paid vacation, health insurance, and retirement. Construction administrative experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
