Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Connected Supply Chain Senior Manager to develop and grow our Supply Chain Planning consulting business for platforms like Blue Yonder or o9 solutions. This role will develop and implement integrated demand and supply planning solutions that increase business effectiveness, optimize cost, and enable growth. As a Senior Manager you will have the following responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for Identifying, assessing, and solving complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors;
- Will closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals;
- Will Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within PwC on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach;
- Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments;
- Manage large - medium sized Supply Chain Planning Business Solution teams and/or work efforts at a client or within PwC;
- Serve as the chief planner/architect for Supply Chain Planning delivery initiative;
- Drive team to configure the system to support business requirements, design / configure different seeded resources; and,
- Drive sales pursuits and lead complex delivery programs.
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success managing the supply chain process in the following areas:
- Possess advanced problem solving, analysis skills, advanced spreadsheet, presentation, and document development skills;
- Possess and able to demonstrate detailed value case development skills;
- Able to interpret financial statements;
- Have well-developed interpersonal skills;
- Have the ability to collaborative alone with a ‘can-do’ mindset;
- Possess the knowledge of ability to understand and create financial modeling;
- Have the ability to influence, shape thinking and develop multi-year relationships with VP and above level client resources;
- Possess Program/Project leadership skills - ability to lead complex multi-projects and multi-workstreams in projects;
- Effectively manage unstructured situations, anticipating client needs and developing solutions;
- Able to move easily from big picture thinking to managing the relevant detail of the project;
- Able to develop/coach resources and guide careers of team members;
- Possess advanced client presentation skills and proposal & pricing development skills; and,
- Posses proven selling acumen including ability to help generate incremental business alone with previous Consulting experience.
