Job Description
The Sponsors office is responsible for the acquisition, analysis, transformation, normalization, and loading of a vast array of data types. The Sponsor's office engineers, operates, and maintains a large data lake and system to make the data available to the rest of the Sponsor's organization. The Sponsor requires support to perform configuration management activities for the documentation control of the Sponsors systems and processes. The Configuration Manager will provide configuration management support and provide continuous coordination of progress of actions, tasking, and issues. They will also ensure that changes to systems and processes are properly identified, communicated, reviewed, approved, and documented and be responsible for the documentation control of the Sponsors systems and processes.
1.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience managing all project related changes for oversight and control.
2.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with managing web content, storing team and project related materials, and version control of team documents.
3.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience providing project team support at meetings, develop meeting agendas, notifying attendees of meetings, tracking requests and working with management.
4.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience managing and processing reports, tracking requirements and requests for operational change within systems and processes.
5.(Desired) Demonstrated experience with Sponsor procurement procedures, systems and workflow processes
6.(Desired) Demonstrated experience with Sponsor inventory systems to monitor and manage assets
7.(Desired) Demonstrated experience providing management routine status reports
MUST be a US Citizen with a U.S. Government clearance - Intel with Polygraph
