Consistent with long-standing practices requiring health care workers to be vaccinated against serious infectious diseases for the safety of patients and staff, Centra will require COVID-19 vaccinations for all new and current employees and those who work in Centra facilities as a condition of their employment. Overview

The concierge is responsible for maintaining the public entrances of all Centra Hospital facilities. The concierge is a customer centered position which leaves no problem or issue unresolved. The responsibilities of the concierge may vary from staffing and greeting at entrances, customer service on campus shuttles, assisting with way finding, escorting patients and visitors in the facility, or valeting cars.

Qualifications/Education/Certifications:

Preferred customer service experience. AHA CPR within 6 months of hire. VAVRS EVOC within 18 months of hire. Valid Virginia driver’s license.
