Job Description

Job Summary:

IAC Ltd. provides a wide-range of repair services to helicopter main and tail rotor blades. We currently have an immediate opening for an Composite Engineering Lab Technician.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Engineers with mechanical and material testing
  • Operate computer data acquisition setups
  • Generate test reports
  • Organize and maintain test lab equipment and tools
  • Electrical and mechanical assembly/fabrication of temperature control boxes
  • Perform calibration of pressure gauges and temperature controllers

Desired Abilities:

  • Understanding of how to use measurement tools such as caliper, micrometer, DMM, gauges, etc.
  • Can operate soldering iron, metal cutting, and crimping tools
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledgeable in low voltage DC wiring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Familiar with MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with LabVIEW a plus
  • Strong mechanical aptitude a plus

Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass drug test.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • US Citizen
